We search the SAN, GIN, TESS, & ICANN databases for your company & domain names. Every new company must research whether the desired company name is being used by another business in the same sector. As long as the two companies are not in related sectors, they may have similar names. Then we hold a company name for you based on our search. We use the three name preferences you gave us at the beginning of the process to find an available business name.

We prepare the complete filing copy of your Certificate of Formation required for business formation in Delaware. You must mail & pay the filing fee yourself.

State laws require every entity to maintain a mailing address in that state to receive government and/or legal mailings. This address must be reflected in the Certificate of Formation above. We set this up for you but you will need to pay this fee yourself [approx. $100/yr].

Every business needs a separate Employer Identification Number or Tax ID Number [equivalent to an individual’s Social Security Number]. We provide you with the filled-in paperwork, so you can submit it yourself.
